Default For Sale -Volvo C70 T5 SE LUX NAV – Manual

Volvo C70 T5 SE LUX NAV – Manual

Regrettably selling as I’m buying a new house. This is my pride and joy and I’m going to go out on a limb and say it’s the cleanest C70 on the market.

When the sun finally comes out and I’ll take some better photo’s – it won’t stop raining on and off today.

It’s been completely pampered; turn’s heads when the sun is out and I hope you’ll agree that the paintwork is stunning.

Yep, I’m completely OCD when it comes to keeping it clean and maintained. I work in London and don’t use a car during the week (did around 1800 miles last year).

I’ve spent a fortune keeping maintained (including genuine services) and have also taken it to a specialist body shop (classic Porsche and runs the Porsche owners club UK) to have stone blemishes removed.

It’s a facelift 2008 model. 250PS/HP in Inscription Sapphire Black (has a red flake to it in the sun)

Spec includes:
  • Sat Nav (with up to date maps),
  • built in SIM/Phone,
  • Full leather treated with Gliptone and has a waterproof sealant applied (both seats electric with memory).
  • I’ve also added a Bluetooth unit for music streaming and it has a genuine Volvo iPod and USB connection in centre console.
  • Has Volvo On Call (tracker, SOS, and emergency/technical support) You can unlock the car remotely and if you were to get into an accident and air bags were deployed – the car will phone emergency services and give its location.
  • Has the amazing Dynaudio speaker package with twin subwoofers and Dolby pro-logic. 6 disc changer up-front. Best sound system in any car I’ve travelled in.
  • Genuine Volvo Wind deflector not that I have much hair!... but the Mrs’ prefers.
  • New Volvo mats

12 Months MOT (just passed), has new discs and pads all round (in the photo’s they look scuffed – that’s from where it’s just been cleaned)

Completely standard other than the 19” Ixion style wheels with good tread etc etc. I think these really finish the car off.

I have folders of receipts for it and have spent some £5K+ on getting it to this standard.

Has 48k on the clock and rising at a rate of around 20 miles per week lol.
Private plate is going through transfer process (from today).

Always garaged and doesn’t see rain.

Car is ready to go in 100% working order. Welcome to phone Volvo Southampton and mention the plate – they understand my obsession!

Open to offers but based on condition, mileage, and being a rare manual - £9,500ono.

Welcome to test drives with valid insurance. No test pilots or tyre kickers / agencies etc.

Sent me a PM and I’ll provide my contact details – welcome to have a long chat by phone or email.

Do you still have the original 18" wheels?

I don't. I sold them a couple of months ago on here as they were the winter wheels.

K Regards

Very nice car, very tempting - exactly what I'm looking for....

Couple of questions:

I see cover plates for headight washers - are they fitted, and are the lights Xenons?

What plate is it reverting back to - 08 or 58?

Hi Andy,

They are the standard cover plates - washer motors are underneath for the Xenons and pop up as part of the screen wash.

Car was registered 1st March 08. Get a private plate

I'd have preferred a 58 plate - but anyway, OH says "No" to that kind of money on a private sale....

Jimka - I'd just like to say the car is a beauty, perfectly clean and a credit to you so well done. I'd love to buy that and if I had the money available I'd beat a path straight to your door based upon the advert alone.

Best of luck with the sale, the new keeper won't be disappointed I'm sure.

Seems to be something about the C70 which invites owners to keep them pristine! there was another one on here recently looking in very similar condition.

Andy - What makes you want a 58 over the 08? This is a facelift car with more powerful engine and re-designed interior etc so be interested in your opinion other than 6 months difference.

Thanks for all the messages guys, I'd prefer it to go to someone on the Volvo Forums as I know it would be treated well but will widen advertising in a couple of weeks when summer comes.
