Towbar for V70

Hi All,
I have a V70 Classic W reg. I have bought a second hand brinks tow bar for it intending to fit it myself. However it didnt come with any bolts which i didnt think would be a problem????? Not only can i not get the correct bolts to fit it i also need some fitting brackets!!!! Now i can hear you say well just get some from brink??? Well brink wont sell them to me, not only will brink not sell them but i have tried numerous towbar fitters and none will supply the fitting kit only. My obvious question is can anyone help me? All i want is the fitting kit to enable me to fit my brinks towbar!!!!
anyone got any ideas?
