AWD: 70: - warning lights and turbo

hi guys and girls new to this so here goes got myself a v70r awd on a 1998 theres a warning light on at the bottom right hand side of the dash told its the lambda does this mean it needs changed or something eles also theres oil getting out of the turbo on to exhaust wits going on there thanks for any help u can give......

Simple case of getting the codes read and i would expect replacement of the oil return pipe o ring....
