Advice needed Volvo 144

Hello everyone! Greetings from Bulgaria!
I am new to the forum and I really find it quite useful. We dont have a Volvo club here in Bulgaria and it is not easy to find technical information and spare parts for the older Volvo cars.
I have two Volvo 144 / 1969 with B20A engine and 1970 with B20B engine (Stromberg carbs). The first one is in a mint condition, but I would like to add some more power to my second Volvo – about 140 hp at the rear wheels.
I 've read some articles regarding volvo 140 but I will highly appreciate any information and technical tips for my project from your own experience.
I suppose I will have to use a modified head, sport header exhaust, a new cam “D” type perhaps, ipd sway bars, steel timing gear, poly bushes, reconditioned carbs.
I hope you could help me with an advice or any ideas to find some of the parts, even second hand.

Prochetoh, che ste ot Bulgaria i reshih da vi pisha napravo.
Vijdam, che ste pisali 2006-ta godina i ne znam dali shte go prochetete tova skoro.
Triabvat mi predni migachi, no ne samo stukla, a pulni komplekti zaedno s osnovite.
Dori samo osnovite sa mi dostatuchni.
Shte se radvam, ako mi otgovorite.
