I bought one of these units from Simon earlier in the Summer. When you're buying software, hardware and interface devices, the potential for getting it wrong is considerable.

Hence it was reassuring to see the unit I was purchasing actually working in a real car. That eliminated some of the probabilities for error.

Secondly, Simon was assiduous in helping out. I won't say it was an easy ride but that was not his fault - I had originally partitioned a laptop drive with Windows 7 and Windows 10. The blunt truth is, do exactly as recommended on the videos Simon has put together. Install Windows 7 pro on your laptop and nothing else. Ensure that the install proceeds exactly as demonstrated. At the finish you will get a proper installed VIDA/DICE unit.

Now you know!

oh sorry yes the wiring diagrams
and the programming tab is greyed out in the version i have.

No the version I'm selling doesn't have the Electronic Wiring Diagrams.

As for programming, that can vary.
You can't install software but you can perform various programming tasks like injector coding, programming lighting and heated seat settings etc. so it's not a straight yes or no.

For software installing and programming you'll be needing a Vida subscription and most likely genuine Dice @£1000+
