Default 2005 electrical/lights problems

the park lamps on the drivers side ( orange corner lamp and white running light) come on for a few seconds and then go out. passengers side lights stay lit. also one tail light is out. bulbs are fine its not bad connection. also the cooling fan doesnt seem to work with the AC causing loss of cool air when stopped in traffic. can this be a CEM fault where should i be looking?

thanks for any input
