Some questions...
I just bought a high mileage xc90.. (260,000kms) from 2006.
just to add to my garden of Volvos. It is manual and a primitive model, which seems to run perfectly, (aside from clutch) The seats are half cloth no heaters no motors... Question can I swop front seats from a 2002 s60..? or a 2006 s40? I have one of each in the garden or do I need t seek out seats from another 2006 xc90? (if so what parts would I need to salvage if I can find heated seats... just switches and seats?.. The clutch is going to go probably in a few weeks and I need it for towing so Ill probably go at it sooner rather than later... Has anyone done a clutch in one of these Is it easier to take out the engine like I have read (which I am reluctant to do...) or if I go in from underneath do I need to takeout the bevel gear prop shaft etc...? Forgive the maybe lazy questions, I cannot find Haynes of get Vida to work.... |

Don’t know if the S60 seats are physically the same size as the XC, however the wiring underneath the seats changed dramatically when the S/V range was updated in 2005. You’d need to check the connections on your seats to see if they’re the same,
