Default V40 ph2 2001 passenger indicator/wing

Last week I returned to my car and saw that someone had probably clipped my N/S indicator and broke the lens. They were long gone and it was dark.

The next morning I realsied that the reflector also was cracked and the wing of the car, where it meets the clear lens was pushed in by 1/4" max.

What I hope to do is to buy a replacement unit and get a dent dr guy to come over. He'd have to remove that unit anyway to shift the metal back, so I hoped he could replace the indicator with the new one.

Having had a quick look, I don't see that the unit comes out that easily? Is it headlights out as well?

I can always go to a workshop based accident repair place but the cost escalates.
