For anyone else reading this, re-seating fuse 10 (20A at the top of the 2nd column of fuses) has just cured the issue of F-all radio receptoion on my HU-850 for me too.
It's definitely worth a shot before pulling the whole darn unit out again! |

S60 2004 poor fm reception no sound whenplaying CD
I have looked at he amplifier under drivers seat everything seems ok, is the antennae in the bumper? it seems the issues i have are related to the antennae i have reception AM not brilliant but a lot better than FM.

Fuse removal worked for me
Hi I removed the audio fuse (#10) from the drivers side panel and it did not work.
HOWEVER.... I took it out again and really pushed it back in, didn't test it and walked away. Now, I am having radio reception!!! It worked for me (second time) |
