Hello one and all, this post is to invite all of you RWD drivers to meet that is going ahead at coventry motor museum on 10th of december. The meet is primarilly a Volvo300mania meet but numbers looked like they were going to be low, and the thought of inviting other RWD cars and trying to build some cross-forum friendships cropped up.

The meets are always informal, we tend to get there when we get there, eat chat and fix things. There is a wealth of 300 technical knowledge stored in the V3M members of the club and can help and give advice to all that need it, so please don't be shy.

One provisio is that to stay in the spirit of the meet we ask you are driving or passenger of a RWD volvo. Not being 'modelist' (hahaha) but the meet is from another model specific forum, best of luck in getting there everyone and hope to see some of you.

This was initially a 300 mania meet, just spotted this - if it's now going to be more than 300s, why limit it to just RWD owners - pointless imo.

Come on Pedro, you've got a fortnight, what will it cost you to pick up a limping 240 or 740 off eBay with a week of MoT? Then hey presto you have a classic to restore, into the bargain!

hey everyone, not trying toexclude anyone, but it would be nice for people to try and get there in a RWD model, and if not ah well at least you tried, all are welcome ( thats the spirit of volvo ownership isn't it) I just thought it'd be great if at least you tried, it wasn't meant to offend anyone, sorry chaps (and chappettes) so who's coming then?
