XC60 Volvo On Call App (2021)
i have been using the app to transfer route map data from my phone to the car.
However last night the app said it could not connect with the car and data was not transferred. I reinstalled the app and restarted the phone, tried another phone and unlocked and locked the car. However still will not work.The rest of the app functions correctly. Any ideas re the problem please. |

That would explain things! My temperature is changing so there is communication, but the last trip isn't shown and the car is shown as located where it was on Sunday but isn't any more! I'll leave it and see what happens.

Just had an online chat, via the app, with Volvo. They confirm there is problems with the app and their Technical people are working on it.

Hopefully any update will solve my issue where I can't connect my VOC app to the car for my new subscription.

I've still only got partial data and can't unlock etc.
Anyone found the problem has gone away or still have it? |

No problems with VOC since the fix, all working correctly.

Went for a quick spin to reset the TPMS after swapping f/r and it seems to have sorted itself out

No joy yet in registering my On Call app with the car. It's going into Volvo at the end of next week to get them to sort it out. The on-board modem is also not recognizing a SIM card, so I'm guessing it might be as simple as a fuse, but it might need some software resetting. It's under warranty from the seller, so I may as well let them sort it FOC.
