The Joy Of A Simple Fix
With all the rain recently, the juddering noisy wipers had been bugging me for a few weeks on my 940.
Replaced yesterday with new Bosch items all round, and that has been probably one of the best ways to spend £20. Just shows how we tend to not notice gradual deterioration of items over time.  Cheers Steve |

You're so right, Steve! I took the Saab 'vert for it's MOT back in August. I always tell them to do any small items up to £100 - wipers, bulbs, that sort of thing. Anyway, although they were clearing the screen, my wipers were juddering badly so I asked them to fit new ones.
They did, but also felt obliged to inform me that the old ones would not have failed the MOT for that alone. As you say, that twenty quid was worth it just for the peace and quiet operation alone. Regards, John.
