  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

I also bought my XC60 from Ray Chapmans in York. Good Sales experience.
Took it back to them two weeks ago for its first service even though they're not the closest Volvo dealer. Was told everything was done and service sheet handed back with all ticks in appropriate boxes.
However they didn't update the Sensus Connect software and didn't reset the Service reminder. Had to take it back a week later to have these done.
This did concern me in what else were just ticked on the sheet and not actually done.
Will see what I do next year

Did they explain why these had been forgotten ? The service reminder is an obvious one for the driver to see, but failure to update the Sensus Connect could go unnoticed !

I pushed but didn't get any clear explanation on why it was marked as done but actually missed off.

Did you ask for the sensus software to be updated as it isn't automatically done as part of the service as the service promise software doesn't update audio units,

Most of the sensus software whether it be reloads of modules or upgrades can take anything upto an hour to do,
