Avon Park Anyone?

I haven't had a chance to 1/4 mile my car, there are three 1/4 mile events at Avon Park in October amongst other themed sessions which I've not listed. Would anybody be up for going to one or more of the sessions. It would be good fun to go in a group and get some 1/4 mile times up on the forum! What do you all say?

Sounds good to me Iain even though i dont race my car ,it would be good fun to just be there..

Why not have a meet at Avon Park on one of those dates may be the halloween one and leave Oxford untill the spring/summer next year.Just a thought.Bob

The last one at the end of october sounds quite good and I agree with Bob, would be good plan to have the VUM meet there.

i'll be up for it if BT's ready

not sure about having the VUM meet there tho because of the entry fee even for spectators & will put a few people off

Cant we do a block booking or something like that.May lower the price etc.

I agree with Pedro, I don't think anywhere you have to pay is a good idea for a VUM. Some people travel quite a long way and costs would spiral - just my tupennies worth
