Default 2.4 petrol ?

just found this on autotrader ( I know you should never look just after youve bought a car ) but I've never heard of a 2.4 petrol version, but sure enough its in my owners manual, has anyone got one , I always thought all petrol were all 3.2. bummer really, its in the colour I wanted and has the extras I wanted,, wonder if he'll take d5 in part ex ?

yes it is , but what I meant was I didnt know you could get a 5 cyl petrol xc

Yep - basically the same engine used in the Ford focus ST / RS...

2.5T :

Fuel consumption (urban) 17.4 mpg
Fuel consumption (extra urban) 30.4 mpg
Fuel consumption (combined) 23.9 mpg
0 - 62 mph 9.9 seconds
Top speed 130 mph
Cylinders 5
Valves 20 v
Engine power 210 bhp
Engine torque 236.03 lbs/ft

Not sure what autobox it has. Won't be suitable for lpg conversion though despite what the dealer says.

interesting has anyone got one on the forum ? that urban fuel consumption scares me though ! think I stick with my d5
