Mine looks identical to that currently. My rear passenger one did the same thing back in October and I found that the red push button is a) very easy to remove and b) readily available. If you slip a very thin screwdriver down the side (maybe a small feeler gauge might also work?) you can unclip the red bit and it just comes off. There is a small coil spring that fits on a nub under one side of it that you don't want to lose.

I bought an old 740 buckle on ebay and nabbed the red bit off that but you can still buy them from a few of the usual suspects and probably Volvo. The exact same one fits on lots of models.

Scandix postage costs are crazy. 22 euros to post a hazard cover and buckle. Nearly costs the same as the items!

I'll try to find a used buckle! Or Volvo dealer as need some AC O rings. At least can collect.

Many thanks. James.

You can buy a cheap box of different diameter and thickness O-rings in a plastic box. We had one at the garage I used to work at and we always got something to work.

I bought a box of metric and imperial O rings but never found the right one. So bought from the Volvo dealer in the end.

I'll have to find my box of them again and have another look.

James.
