Just out of interest, has anyone had an alert from this yet? Just interested to know where the alert shows...?

Yes, I've had a few especially in the wet. The drivers display shows a warning triangle with a download icon and a weather symbol. It seems to activate for approximately 30s or so.

Rember also that it requires an internet connection for it to work. So unless there is a data sim or phone data connection it will not operate any warnings.

If you spin the wheels you get the logo in the dash / HUD. If it's a warning from another car, you also get a single chime.

I see the warnings quite often around winter time here in Sweden. I think it works particularly well here in Gothenburg as there are a lot of Volvos on the road here, so the data source is rather dense.

Here the only reason it might show to anyone! Hot weather! No rain! No snow! So... 🤭😉
