Off the top of my head, it's something like this:
Pedal assembly plus the two servos on brake and clutch oedals Vacuum servo that is based near the pedal assembly Cruise control stalk Cruise control pump and regulator that lives under the battery tray Cruise control relay Then of course you'll need a few metres of vacuum tubing. Whilst retrofitting is possible it is a bit of a pain and requires rather a lot of disassembly..!

i thought all the p1 v70's were electronically activated by the dealer through a software install? if its this then all you need is the stalk and a trip to volvo dealership

The service manual for the 850s lists no differences in parts or servicing between the different engines. Given the compatibility between the 850 and V70s (excluding the 99-00 models) I'd assume this also holds true for the V70s.

But the diesel is drive by wire.Even the 850 .
How would a vacuum system work with that? Last edited by rudi dudi; Nov 6th, 2019 at 23:18. Reason: Typo |

I've got a few of these diesels of all ages around here.
I will look if it ever stops raining here but I reckon it ain't vacuum. Cant see a few metres of rubber tubing and a bit of vacuum keeping a bosch ve pump (which is fly by wire) very happy. |
