Volvo 440 2litre CD spares/repair

Hi everyone,

The Auto box has just packed up on my lovely volvo 440 and I cant afford to repair it so I was wondering if anyone might want it for spares or repair, its maroon with dark grey leather interior and all the elctric toys you could ever wish for and all of them work!! should point out that it doesnt have a radio in it as the one that came with the car is currently residing in somerset and the one that was in it is a rather expensive sony one that i intend to keep xD

the car has covered 74k miles with a full service history and in excellent condition apart from a choice selection of minor paintwork scratches courtesy of the previous owners cats. was running as sweet as a nut until the clutches in the auto box decided to kick the bucket.

car is currently situated in Wheatley just outside Oxford and will need to be trailered away, it does drive but you really wouldn't want to try it over any distance...

I will try and get some photos up later today, in the mean time if you are interested drop me an email, I am not looking for much for it i'd just rather it went to someone who will either repair it or use it to repair their own vovlo rather than being crushed into a cube.

I should also point out now that it has a full tank of petrol which I would like factored in to any offers anyone makes. as its a 60 litre tank it costs a fair bit to fill up even though it doesnt need filling that often as the car averages 30mpg.

just to let you know this car has now been scrapped, i recieved the certificate of destruction today. seems a bit of a waste really but never mind. i would have liked to hold onto it and see it go to a home where something useful would become of it but the arrival of CJ460's excellent volvo 460 as my new car forced my hand somewhat.
