Default Sony L450 CD Radio inc volvo loom
I have a Sony L450 CD Radio from my 850, it comes complete with a suitable wire harness for some 850's

£35 inc postage.

Cant see why not you might need to adapt the loom, as far as I know an early V70 is very similar to an 850.
