Headlight washer alignment
Don't know how it happened but one headlight washer blade is sitting vertically and the other is lying flat in the correct position. Can anyone tell me how to fix it please?

Headlight Wipers
First check that both wiper blades work. It could be that one has seized.
The arms are retained in a similar manner to windscreen arms, being mounted on a tapered, splined shaft and retained by a small nut under the end of the arm. Simply pivot the bottom of the wiper arm forwards to expose the nut (10mm from memory) and loosen it. Pull arm forward to release and reposition to "park" and retighten nut.

I reckon your headlight wiper motor has a fault, it is quite common. A fix is listed in the articles section but it appears the pictures are no longer available. https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=51146

Don't bother with fixes or breakers it's far from satisfying
Save and buy new, now that's satisfying but at what price or just remember to disconnect the motor after you have adjusted the arm
