1997(P) Volvo s70 T5 exhaust manifold
Been looking to up the power slightly on my 1997 (P reg) S70 T5. Upon some reading a lot of people seem to be changing the exhaust manifold to a ‘Japanifold’. Just wondering what the difference is between my standard one on this one. Also will this fit my car? And what model of Volvo did they put this on. If anyone can help me this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks |

Flows better, that's all. Yes it will fit your car. Go for V50 gaskets and trim them, bit easier than dealing with the 5 individual ones. From S/V70Rs, and some ME7 T5s. S60R manifolds flow even better (supposedly, bit of a debate on that), and also fit.

You say they are on S70/V70Rs, would a 1998 one be a Japnifold or would I need a later one with the electronic throttle body? Also would the s60r/v70r fit with my original turbo?
Thanks |

Supposedly all S70/V70Rs. They'll all fit with your turbo.
