Silly sarcasm is not required or welcome.

You are obviously missing the point, and I know what to do to overcome the bad design of the rear doors on the XC90. I have never had a car that has this problem with the rear doors, all cars can suffer frozen doors but the xc90 has a poor top door seal design which makes it worse than any other car I have owned. the front doors are okay, no worse than any other car but the rear doors are another matter all together.
There are no fraying surfaces, the xc90 rear doors have a hard plastic like top edge seal, which sticks to the upper door frame, ice forms in the gap between the roof and door and locks it solid.

You wont suffer this problem much in the English Riveara.

Default XC90 frozen doors

I was not able to open any of the doors this morning because the cold weather. I had to enter by the tail gate and run the car. I drove 15 minutes with the heat full and I couldn’t open them from inside either. After 30 minutes I did it but I had a lot of message driving that my doors were open . Any suggestions what to do it this happen again

Spray silicon lubrication spray all round the door seals, it helps for me. But these are very poorly designed seals, especially for a scandinavian car.

I can absolutely confirm this 100% works. Just amazon yourself a small tube and no more frozen doors ever.

Except the xc60 loaner I've got had doors frozen solid this am

Gummi Pflege.

That's all it needs. Case closed.

Yes silicone grease works the best - I'd forgotten to apply it initially and found that on my XC90 if the door is frozen give the top of the window frame a gentle push - worked every time for me
