Question on call notifications
Hi.
Just wanting to check. If my car is on the drive and unlocked I'm not getting any notification... Even though its set to notify. If I log into the app it will show the cars unlocked and lock it. Am I missing something? Cheers! |

Yeah that's why I'm asking. The car had been on the drive for hours. Was showing as unlocked in the app, but no notification was sent?

Your's looks different to mine. If you go to more, then notifications, then security is it switched on there? Or go to connected cars & make sure your car is listed &, if not, add it.
Sorry, I don't understand much of this stuff, just saying what I have in front of me!

Yes, your app also looks different to mine as EssexExile says, when you are at the 'security' tag your car model should be listed and switched to 'on' for notifications to be sent.

It looks like you have a Huawei or Xiaomi phone.
Exclude Volvo on call from battery optimisation or whatever it's called
