Grille next to fog light in front bumper

I was thinking about replacing the grille, as the previous owner had used a screw to secure it in place.
Are these easy to remove when they are in their original un-broken state?
It’s a v70 2.5D 2000
Just trying to sort a few bodges on it before I try it for it’s MOT
