heated seats

Hi all.
I have heated front seats but has anyone ever had a go at fitting the heating fittings on the rear seats?
My guests who sit in the back say when first sitting on the leather seats can be fairly cold.
I know you can buy the kits but wanted to ask if anyone has had a go?

Not tried but there is a cable connection under my rear seat, guess the loom may be in situ and a heated rear bench and a switch panel would be needed.....
