Had a flat tyre on the motorway after a member of the public flagged me down at 70mph to say I have a flat This is as far as the "in a way today" is concerned because I felt nothing despite the tyre being at 10psi! How it let me down? Opened the boot - no tyre not even a space saver Just a foam thing as far as I could see Totally useless on a motorway with no service stations and at 7pm where there is no tyre places open! Made it to a petrol station at 20mph with hazards on , filled up the air and drove home. Cant take time off tomorrow so I'll have to drive to work (3 motorways ) at 70mph with a damn nail in the tyre Wish me luck! __________________ Achievement is largely the product of steadily raising one's levels of aspiration and expectation.
