A new S80 in 35 years
My first new Volvo. In fact my first ever Volvo now in my 50's. I'm one of those newcomers the company is intending to attract with this car, from Saab, in my case. My last two 9-5s have been sore disappointments. My favourites so far have been an Alfa Romeo 164 cloverleaf, (no saloon, afaic, was ever better) a Citroen DS23 with everything and my first 9000.
My S80 D5 SE Lux arrives next month. Still a bit nervous. We shall see. Not buying the nav is not such a bad choice. It's pretty weak and the traffic info is hyterical. Far better off with TomTom or Garmin and Trafficmastertv, which enables you to check the cameras. |

good luck and congrats!
I got my S80 D5 SE Lux (new shape) 2007 last month and I love it already done 5000 miles on it though I'm 23 next monday so slight difference there! I also went without the satnav after the reviews (and using it) - got a tomtom 910 with a dash plate Options were the SE Lux + ventilated seats and its in sapphire black you'll love it!
