Fuel cap strap
Does anyone know if you can replace the rubber fuel cap strap that attaches the cap to the fuel flap?
I have an xc90 06 and the rubber strap has broken in two. |

I should have said it’s for a 2006 diesel. I can find 70mm diam replacement rings with strap but not the slightly smaller size I need. The dealer said they only provide new caps which come with the strap. Looks like I need to be a bit creative and retro fit one.

I couldn’t find one for a diesel cap. Ended up buying a complete cap and ring from a breaker.

Quick update. Bought the strap found by CricketyJimin and it fits. Very easy to replace. Part was a bit pricey when you add postage but still cheaper than a new cap and less waste.
