I shall let you sort this one out Andy ..
Looks like you are right Clan, the p/no. quoted by the op. is 30757801 comes up as 'Piston cooling valve' I remember back in the days of oil pressure gauges and relatively thick oils, seeing quite high pressures on cold mornings!

And why you think i didn't rolled out anything by doing this ? Will be happy to hear , cuz the turbo guys suggested the same
Not sure how experienced he is but , looks like he is not very familiar with this engine design . It is possible to have one more relief valve in the oil pump body , but it has one external too . And i didn't removed it , i just disconnected it from the electrical plug ( it has 12V supply and a ground to it ) . Then the pressure droped with 0.2-0.3 bars , so it go from 5.5 to 5.2 , not 0 . I opened this topic , so to be able to find someone that looked his engine on diagnostic tool for the pressures and ofc if he done in manually it will be nice too . Guess this engine is new ( the block and the cylinder head probably is the same as the old one , yes , but there are some changes in the external parts ) and not many people worked on it .
