In my family they always start with "n=1" but your survey is at least based on higher numbers :-) Guess yours is then MY13 and perhaps when they started with the LED rear lights for all models ?

Then again, reading what Tannaton mentioned in my thread, if a SE model is not prepared for the technical adjustments of the Adaptive Xenon lights, it might not take the LED rear lights and I can stop thinking of spending more money on all those lovely niceties :-)

Hi, I recently bought the identical model, albeit with about half the mileage.
Many engine issues (being dealt with slowly) but my biggest gripe was the archaic Volvo nav system. It is out of the arc!
I did buy update discs, but all that does is bring the actual mapping into this century (well nearly). It does not update the software, the graphics or operating system. So don’t spend too much on it!
I have isolated the onboard system and now use a Garmin - far more intuitive and easier to use! It updates itself via wifi as well !

The post Christmas, pre-back-to-work lull, essentially too much time sitting around with not enough to do, saw me looking for XC90 accessories on the internet.

On Amazon, up popped this.

A few days later it had arrived, and unboxed looked like this.

Reassuringly sturdy feeling aluminium, with pretty decent quality plastic.

The weekend just gone gave me time to fit them. A reasonably easy process, though the packed long allen key was not actually long enough, so I resorted to a H4 bit and an extension from my socket set.

Here's a few shots of the roof bars on the car.

I think I'll end up taking them off again soon as I have no particular need for them at the moment and I can hear a whistling noise above 50 which I assume is air rushing over them, but even so, I'm pretty happy with these for under £40.

The rear lights are the same as my 2012 SE Lux version.

Looking good, Odysseus ! £39 is an excellent price. Over my extended stay in the Netherlands, being a Volvo country, I sourced Thule ones with a key, for EUR 50 but used so your deal looks pretty good :-)

My SatNav is a few years out of date now.
Where did you obtain the update discs from, and how much were they please?

There are a couple but on the disc it doesn't list XC90.

I am currently in the Netherlands where they offer a set of two discs for EUR30 including an A4 on how to use it. Just purchased a set and can try to copy the discs for you, it is the 2018 update and apparently it was the last update ever. Took quite a while and had to use the CTEK trickle charger as it emptied a full and healthy battery with ease. Prior it had no DVD inside but with this version you need to keep the disc 1 in the unit at a later stage apparently to prevent others from copying them. Can give it a try if you like, will cost you postage and no more if that helps ?
