Custom centre console

Has anyone made one or ideally, know of anywhere that will make them?

I'm not looking for the whole thing necessarily just the bit in the attached image, what I'd like is somewhere to put my phone and have it sitting on charge/hooked into the stereo.
Edit: not sure the image will work, it's a Series1. C70 and I'm looking to replace the bit that holds the ashtray and seat heating buttons.
