I don't know if this has been done before on here, but here goes.

You know you're a Volvo driver when...….

I'll start if off with a couple.
- Two Volvos owned so far and the next one most likely going to wear the same badge
- You correct someone when they tell you their (non Volvo car) has the most comfortable seats ever. Having been a V70 owner, I feel qualified to put them right!

You automatically get pulled over to check whether you are in the 'at risk' group & should be at home?

You look at other people in their estate cars from different marques and think my boot is bigger than yours. 😁

When your idea of a nice afternoon involves a drive out, tartan rugs and thermos flasks of tea by the pier!

Your favourite film is Crazy People.

Your car is called Sven.

You know the origin of "I roll."

You know that no one has ever died in the UK while travelling in an XC90.

In the current climate I was wondering whether to get a pair for work as I drive a variety of trucks with no idea who drove them before me, then I thought 'stop being such an old man!'.

but
you know you're a Volvo driver when - you can explain 'bangernomics' and the green credentials of your big car which is 20 years old

I own a Volvo and a non-Volvo and i know which has the more comfortable seats whose heaters don't cut out when the cabin temperature rises above 10C (or will once i wire them back in) - none of that is coincidence as i've owned others of both and found the same.

I look at later Volvo estates than mine and know my boot is bigger than theirs!

As for the cat-flap and whippet someone else mentioned worrying!
