Talking service in Birmingham area

I only know of one place for Volvo which is in Stirchley, off the Pershore road opposite the Bowling Alley. I only have the number 0121 458 4310. I take my V40 to my local garage that I have used since 1982 and they are brilliant, they are based in Blackheath just off Junction 2 of the M5, their number is 0121 561 5921 (Drive In Autocentre.) I have just brought a second Volvo a V70 (170bhp) she will go there as well.

the place in stirchley is pye volvo, if we are talking the same one.

a bit further out of town from the bowling alley, on the opposite side, just before you get to the roundabout with coop on it, between the three horse shoes pub and the curry house.

Hi to all

I wonder if anyone has an opinion or experience of this garage?

My P reg 850 estate has a FVSH up till now, though now its 160,000. I am wondering about going to an independent, and it is walking distance from where I live.

Any thoughts or suggestions gratefully received.

Cheers for now

I have used for a number of years a mechanic who has given excellent service and very reasonable prices. With his permission, his telephone numbers are :- 0121 628 4846 or 07973 292242 and ask for Paul.

My S60 has been serviced at Heritage Motors for the past few years with no problems. Their prices are fair and are members of the 'Good Garage Scheme'.

Last service @ 38,000 miles was £160 inc VAT

Pity they don't have any courtesy car but they will pickup/drop off.
