I ordered the two tone interior but due to a **** up at dealers end I ended up with all black - it wasnt my first choice but now I have it I'm pleased and looks great (have a dog too and its probably for the best)

Anyway, finance still seems to be OK (originally only approved for 90 days) and if all goes well tracker is being fitted on Friday ready for collection on Friday at 17:00.

Sorry for delay in responding, yesterday proved a littler traumatic as finace transfer went to the line and did not clear until 16:59 (talk about holding onto their money). Finally collected car at 19:10 and went home to recover.

Handover was superb, I can't praise the dealer enough. My own salesman was in hospital yesterday so one of his colegues looked after me. Saying this my own salesman texted me about 22:00 last night and called me this morning to see how things had gone. They were also very accommodating in providing space for the auto electrician to work on my old and new car (transferring trackers across)

Car looked stunning, both interior and exterior (stitching on the off black interior looked very smart)

Due to dreadful rain and semi flooding, I had to take things easy but car felt very sure footed.

So far I love the sunroof, seats, overall quality feel but am still coming to terms with the numerous safety systems which felt a little daunting. Active cruise is superb but the auto braking when things get to close is a little of putting at first. I think I need to do a lot of fiddling with settings to get car setup for me.

So far not too impressed with the Hifi (premium sound), I seem to have to whack the volume right up to get any volume which seems odd, perhaps I need to fiddle with that as well.

Seem to have differences in operation with geartonic than described in handbook but will investigate this further and if necessary speak to dealer.

Drove about 100 miles today (total if 185 now in just over 24 hours) so will post further views when I settle things in. Will also post some pictures when weather improves as car is now very very dirty after having a day in the Yorkshire Dales.

Car is now carefully tucked up on the drive (I just had to check lock stays on PCC before going to bed, how sad is that): fitting a custom boot liner tomorrow so dog does not get mud all of new boot carpets (ex Landrover was plastic in the boot so did not have the same worry)
