Default volvo v50 1 st gear

hello

So after some miles\km with my volvo v50, i am noticing an hesitation in 1st and 2 gear at low rpm

it seems it is strugling to move, from 3rd up it´s all good.

Also have been told by mechanic that my clutch bearing is making noise, could that be related?

Also noticing some shaking at idle when cold, there was some smoke in the first days when cold only, no smoke know, some hard driving guess it cured the smoke .
the car made 1000km in one year before i bought it .

thank ´s in advance for your help

What year, engine and mileage?

If petrol, are the spark plugs and air filter ok?

Otherwise, I'd be attaching it to a code reader that does live data and be looking for any abnormal readings.
