steering heel and fuel filter

my 460 GLE 18 i shuts down after one klm. i think is the fuel filter. where is that located and how do i change it ?
second my steering wheel makes a noise everytime i turn and started to feel heavy. everything started after i checked the safeties box and moved some safeties.

Fuel can is located under the rear passenger side underbody. Easy enough job to do
