Default About the 2 button remote

Hello everybody!

Last days i cleaned the inside of the remote and i noticed that there are 3 button's. One is not in use.

Does anyone knows if the 3rd button can come alive?
I remember some time ago, some information's about how to make from that 3rd button, to make the electric windows close from the remote... but i can't find them anymore.
Thanks.

I think that same circuit board is used in the fobs for the S70's and is used to pop the boot.

You can close the windows and sunroof on the 480 by holding the key in the lock position in the drivers door. Not sure it applies to the 440/460 but possibly the models with electric windows. Some good quality aftermarket alarms, as you probably know, have this option too.

I'll try to change the remote (when i'll have one), maybe with one from S70.
Not only for the extra-options on the remote, but I'm having the problems with the immo who is interfering with the GSM antenna's, and this can be solved with a different type of remote.

480 is fully closeble from the remote.
But the unit that is making all this is the CEM.
Unit that i don't have and from my knowledge, this unit is not present on 440/460.

Still, the question remains.
