Default S60 2.4 D5 AC issue

Hello

I have problem with my AC. Its blowing cold when at idle but stops blowing cold instantly after I touch accelerator pedal. If I click AC off and then on it starts blowing cold again.
Also I think its not blowing cold enough. Temperature outside is about 27C
I have also noticed that I don't have a puddle of water under my car after AC has been running (All my other cars have had alot of condense water).

The system got a refill today (Old gas out, new in) but nothing changed.

I have Delphi diagnostic device that lets me view AC fault codes and some of the climate live data too. There were no fault codes.

What to check?

Volvo S60 D5 2011 205ps.
