Blue Volvo 240 GL for sale

Hi

My father passed away last year and my mother now has his treasured 240 GL sat in the garage looking all lonesome in the Manchester area. It has 117k on the clock, was MOT'd last October and has sat in the garage since. As a non-expert in Volvos, it would seem to be a decent prospect to take on as a vehicle in itself or for spare parts. Given its sentimental value, we'd like that to happen rather than send it to the scrap yard!

Any offer considered.

Hi

Attached some pictures.

Well, they're not the best as when I got over there, the battery was flat and the weather outside poor but I hope these give some idea of the condition and colour - actually, probably, better than a view from a distance!

If you'd like to visit, will make sure battery issue is sorted. Sadly, it's a brand new battery after last year's service/MOT but the car has since sat in the garage.

The car will be for my 19 year old son (a volvo nut!), who currently drives a 440Gl, but needs a bigger car.
