Decided to reduce the car to £1200 as I would prefer to sell it on as it stands.

If someone wants it in it's original form with original alloys, grill, headlights and indicators back on it's £1025.

I would require a £200 deposit before swapping anything over though!
Viewing / Collection this weekend would need to be between 3:30pm Saturday and 2pm Sunday (possibly later on Sunday by prior agreement).

Despite the interest and several people saying they will buy the car nobody has actually shown up

It's being re-listed on eBay tonight at 7:05pm 'auction style' with a £1000 start price and no reserve - ending Sunday night at 7:05pm

As before I am offering a £175 discount on the final auction price if somebody wants the car in 'SE' trim without the 'Sport Lux' extras.

I won't bother updating this for sale post anymore - if anyone is interested in the car they can contact me here or keep and eye out on eBay. Cheers

SOLD - SOLD - SOLD

Would you belive it - two people bid £1400 for the car via eBay auction so it whent to the person who bid first - a local guy who has just handed over the cash: result

Had an even better result on the plate - sold it to a Sheffield Wednesday fan for £595

On the down side I'm not totally feeling the love for my new Seat Leon TDI 130 - it goes like a rocket and is saving me at least £400 a year on road tax, insurance and fuel but something isn't grabbing me . . .

Will post my left over Volvo bits for sale soon

Glad you sold it on Clive and for a nice price too. Try the Leon for a few months and when you get fed up with it, I am sure we can find you a nice 1.9D S/V40....
