Default C70 S2 Front Fog Light Trims

As per the title, I'm after a pair of front fog light trims as I want to modify them to fit LED DRL's.

Just in case anyone is unsure of the parts I'm after; here is a picture.

I decided to use my existing covers in the end as there weren't any other about.

I've fitted the LED DRL's into the covers but I need to have the DRL headlamps switched off before I can finish the install.

As with the side lights which are paltry light output, they can be improved by LEDs 501 fitting, but need to be "legal" and MOT passable.
Which ones did you go for and the million dollar question is was the loom in the car or will it be spliced into?
I know my c30 has a blank button for front fogs, god knows if the cabling is behind to plug the switch into

I've already upgraded every bulb on the car to led just to march the color of the xeno s more than anything else, but once I started it ended up including the interior and not compartment. The only bulb I didn't change were the puddle lights in the door mirrors and that's only because I couldn't work out to get the bulbs out without breaking the light lens.

As for the DRLs I had previously fitted sets to my MX5s and also to my wife's 207 cc.
Without any hassle. (I'll add some pictures latter).

I didn't know some cars are pre wired or how you splice into the harness so maybe you can enlighten me (no pun intended)

The DRLs I've fitted are Philips 4s as these are what I've fitted previously.

Where did you get the led bulbs from. I've seen sets in Halfords for 4.99 non road and 9.99 for road legal
