Can you run spots and headlights together

As the spots are the daytime running lights and turn off when you put on the headlights just wondering can they be left on together im thinking not as I tried all settings and no joy.

No they can't be left on, they are only on when the headlights and sidelights are off and cannot be used as foglights either.
