  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

not valid in any main dealer ..
there are quite a few minor items deleted now , and for the last few years they can tailor the service to suit each individual car now if it is low mileage for example , or if the auto fluid needs changing they can add that etc ...

Look in your handbook and it will tell you what needs doing at each service and mileage. If the dealer tells you otherwise question them about it.
If you can do the service yourself you can buy oil and all filters from volvo for less than £100 especially if you ask for discount. I signed up for discount at parts in my local volvo and get great discount on service bits.

VIDA is the only place you will find the correct service schedules , Handbooks are notoriously unreliable here . Vida is updated on a daily basis .

I agree. Using Haynes manuals you have to be so careful as they can be wrong.

Contacted another dealer which, upon looking up my car on the system, came up with half the price with no need for the belt to be changed due to the low mileage.
