My cvt gearbox makes a click when i move forward or back slowly
When the speed increases, the sound disappears
Sound is associated with vehicle vibration

Based on my knowledge of CVT transmission , your click well be the weights in the pulley /s moving in their grooves due to wear , springs wearing . Generally wear within the system can lead to clicks / clunks & other noises .

I have , on mopeds , effected a "repair " using grease to compensate for the slack caused by wear , just use a very high temp grease & just enough to stop the weights clacking /clicking / rattling / hacking you off

Hope it helps you
