Default Air only blowing to face and not feet or windscreen anymore

Hi everyone, hoping you can help me out.

I have a V40 T3 2016, and a few days ago the climate system was working i.e. blowing air to face, windscreen and feet based on settings. A few days ago I had the climate set to blow at my face with the AC on, and left it like that when I switched the car off. The next day early morning when I started the car it resumed based on that setting, and I changed it to windscreen and feet only as it was cold, but it only blowed to my face and the temperature stayed cold.

This issue has persisted and I tried changing to feet only and windsreen only at higher temps but it only kept blowing to my face with low temp, no matter how much I changed the settings.

Could someone please advise me what could be causing this? Could it be an electrical or software issue?

Many thanks
