Default Jack stands

Hi all

I need to lift the front of the car up in order to rotate the wheels. I'm going to try replacing the intake manifold and might have to clean the ports and its suggested that you rotate the wheels to close each valve before cleaning the gunk out. But I can't work out the best place to put jack stands. I have a trolley jack but obviously that will only let me lift one side.

Any recommended points for the stands?

As Simmy says, the subframe is your best option.
