Default XC60 in Bursting Blue

Hi Guys,

Ive just been browsing the swedish volvo site and on the car builder you can spec the XC60 in bursting blue, and i must say it looks bloomin lovely in R design trim. It does seem to be a premium metallic tho

What do you think?

Is this replacing Power Blue which is remarkably similar but slightly duller? It would be odd to have two such similar colours available.

Conversley it could be Power Blue under a different name and with better lighting.

That looks only slightly darker than my Power Blue XC60.

Like it though. A lot.

Power blue looks a bit boring and flat to me, doesnt seem a vibrant colour.

Ive always like the performance blue that ford did for the ST range, this comes close that type of colour.

I think Mazda have a glorious metallic red. Would look nice on a Volvo

You are right. Hides the dirt brilliantly though.

Skoda, VRS models, and Mazda both do fantastic vibrant blue colours that would look great on an XC60. I have a friend with a CX5 in that blue and it looks really good.

Reminds me of my Estoril Blue Z3M Roadster...
Looks great on an XC60.
