Default Keyless Door locking

On my 2011 XC60, with the plastic door buttons a single press would lock all doors.

I now have a 2016 S60 with the touch sensitive buttons and it seems to take two presses, one to lock the door pressed and a second to lock all doors

I've been through all the settings and can't find anything to get it down to he one press. Am I missing something obvious or is this the new world?

On a Renault one press locked the doors and the second press globally closed the windows and sunroof. I miss this on Volvo. I have just (excitedly) checked to see following your post if this had been introduced....!! It hasn't. Disappointed.

You will probably find in the menu My Car you have your settings set to unlock the drivers door only. It needs setting to 'open/unlock all doors'....which then will unlock all doors and lock all doors with one press I think.

Regards

Yep, that is using the key fob, not the buttons on the door of PCC equipped vehicles.

I have a 2016 MY V60 with keyless entry - I only have to press the sensor on the handle once to lock all the doors.

Hmmm, perhaps its a US thing.

Oh well, its not a huge issue once you get used to it, a stupid annoyance though
