Nothing does the same as VIDA.

My V70 D3 (2016) has just spent 5 weeks at my dealer after they changed the rocker cover gasket. It came back with no power.
After Volvo HO got involved and sent out their own engineer, he diagnosed that the injectors had been out of the car for too long and had collected minute corrosion on the tips. Apparently they should be stored in diesel.
Not sure whether this helps...........

Is there fuel at the injectors now then ?

Read some codes, thats going to be your biggest helper

Battery at full tilt ?

Maybe use some easy start, but not a lot of times.

Release the fuel pressure in the high pressure rail...

I had the same thing once... not sure why but I think the cranking caused to high pressure which then switched something off....
